Introduction
STRYKZ is a Football Sports Platform where they are combining fan engagement and monetisation with the real and virtual world to create interaction opportunities for fans, stars and brand. As we know, there are more than 3.5 billion football fans in the world and many of them are passionate about their favourite sport and more interaction with their teams. This is a Football-Stars platform which was founded in 2016 where fans get chance to become coach and manager, they set up their own dream teams of real players and compete against other fans in leagues and daily challenges. Fantasy Sports
Today, there are around 59.3 million users playing online fantasy sports games in the US and Canada. In this there are many types of online games are available where users assemble virtual teams of real players of a professional sport. They compete with other users based on the statistical performance of the players in the actual real-life matches. Games are available as a season-long playing where users can join private or public leagues at the beginning of the season and compete against each other throughout the whole season. This will hardly attract new users to the game when the season has already started.
STRYKZ Token
The STRYKZ token is utility token which enable new features that encourage greater user participation where they are making Football-Stars into a real community driven and scalable fantasy sports platform. Football-Stars Platform
Football-Stars is a platform where fans are getting chance to be seated on the seats of a coach and a manager. This platform is basically divided into two functional modes – Challenger Mode and Manager Mode. A challenge mode is a type of contest where users put together a team of real football players contending in single or multiple real matches. In a manager mode, users get to manage their individual teams to fight for the title throughout the entire season. Both these modes are based on football players real-life performance data.
On the other side, free-to-play monetisation and retention model makes Football-Stars stand out in the daily fantasy sports universe. This free-to-play model provides players to access to the game without payment but to fulfil different activities like winning the daily challenge, inviting friends or unlocking achievements. Football-stars :
Football stars is an interesting platform for football lovers, it offers two functional modes such as Challenge Mode and Manager Mode. In the challenge mode users forms virtual teams of real players, their team need to follow some restrictions to reach objective. The user plays against other experts and fans to find the team that will perform best in those matches.

Disclosure of financial accounting In the past financial year, Stryking Entertainment GmbH recorded a loss of € 941 thousand as at 31 December 2017 and was also impaired in the financial years ended 31 December 2016 and 31 December 2015. As of December 31, 2017, Stryking Entertainment GmbH had accumulated losses of € 1.836 million on its balance sheet.
Stryking Entertainment GmbH is currently in the development and expansion phase and is expected to report operating losses in 2018 as well. As of December 31, 2017, Stryking Entertainment GmbH has recorded internally generated intangible assets, deferred tax assets, and deferred tax liabilities amounting to € 1,454 thousand, which has increased the equity of Stryking Entertainment GmbH by the corresponding amount.
It was also pointed out in the statement in the audited annual financial statements of Stryking Entertainment GmbH that internally generated intangible assets may not be capitalized in the tax balance sheet and deferred tax assets under German commercial law are only permitted in the balance sheet due to tax loss carryforwards, if in the next five years Tax income can be realized.
From the time of the token sale, Stryking Entertainment GmbH has significant liabilities that include convertible loans that are to be converted into equity and a bank loan of € 600 thousand. The bank loan is a loan financed by the Federal Government, which is repaid quarterly from April 2019 quarterly with 30 thousand euros per quarter. Stryking Entertainment GmbH is confident that it will be able to achieve its project goals by raising its soft-cap token by $ 4 million.

The Social Media hype is good, but they are not much active on their Telegram Group.
